Clear pronunciation is less about a perfect accent and more about the right sounds, stress and rhythm.

Mind the 'th' (think/this) and the difference between /r/ and /l/.
Stress the correct syllable — it matters more than individual sounds.
Link words together; don't pronounce each one separately.

Say the whole message at normal speed, then name the syllable you stressed in the street name.
Say the street and number again, joining the words the way they run in speech.
Say it a third time, slowing down only the parts that go onto paper.

You can name one stressed syllable and one place two words joined, and only the written parts slowed.
